‘Plan B’ a figment of Bongbong’s imagination — Roxas

Saturday, May 7, 2016

Senator Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos, Jr.’s allegation that the Aquino administration has a supposed “Plan B” if Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte wins the presidency is just a “figment of his imagination,” administration standard bearer Manuel “Mar” Roxas II said Saturday.

It will be a neck-and-neck fight for the vice presidency for Robredo and Marcos, according to the latest surveys conducted by Pulse Asia and the Social Weather Stations.
On Friday, Marcos warned of the pre-elections surveys being manipulated to establish a fake trend that could be part of the “Plan B” the administration hatched to ensure a Robredo victory.

That's what I hear at kalat na kalat na 'yun,” Marcos said.

Robredo, for her part, also dismissed Marcos’ accusations, saying the ruling Liberal Party (LP) is determined to make Roxas win.

“Yung LP ba gini-give up ba ‘yung fight para kay Secretary? Hindi naman yata ganun. Kami ang ginagawa namin, magkasama namin inumpisahan ito, magkasama namin tong tatapusin,” she said in a separate interview.

“Saan ba to nanggagaling? Robredo added.

Robredo appealed to Marcos to spare her from the black propaganda, just days before the May 9 elections.

She said she had been seeing posts on social media attacking her credibility and reputation after she managed to overtake Marcos in the surveys.

“The day na nag-number one ako sa surveys, sobrang dami ng black propaganda...Ang pakiusap ko kay Senator Bongbong ay lumaban nang patas,” Robredo said.
