Vice Mayor Pulong Duterte published 8 hours ago as of writing a video of his father President Rodrigo Duterte saying about his first Executive Order.
An executive order is an order issued by a president of a country to an executive branch, a power given to a president to exercise its utmost power to enforce that particular law.
The Executive Order number 1 is the prohibition of his relatives and friends to enter Malacañang to ask for favors.
Here’s what the President Duterte said in the video:
“There will be no friends. There will be nothing except the people of the Republic… I do not want to see friends, relatives following up anything at all.”
“Just like the years that I have been the mayor, you do not go to me asking for favors at the expense of the people.”
The video was captioned by President Duterte’s son Vice Mayor Pulong: ‘Executive Order no. 1?’
Duterte is now presumed President of the Philippines after having-so far-votes of 15,155,775. Mar ROxas on number 2 who has 9,112,889. Grace Poe has 8,492,261. The Philippine Presidential Elections took place on May 9, 2016.
