It seems that presumptive president Rodrigo Duterte is dead serious on his campaign slogan 'Change is Coming' by returning the donations that he wasn't able to use for his campaign.
A member of Duterte's presidential campaign team Marion Raagas posted a photo on his Facebook a number of bank checks that according to him were going to be returned back to the contributors.
“What greeted me this morning as I walk into my office was a bunch of checks that I need to sign. These checks represent the pro-rated amounts of excess campaign fund contributions for Duterte campaign team (coursed thru Anonymous Patriots)", he said in his post.
