In a Facebook post shared more than 8,000 times as of Tuesday morning, Even Demata admin of the page bearing the same name published the video, exposing an alleged violation against the election law.

In the video, a woman can be overheard speaking in Cebuano as she was confronted by the local Comelec officials.
Wala pa man me mag-transmit. Mao pa lang pag-open sa machine. Actually, pwede man nato tan-awon. (We are not transmitting yet. We just opened the machine. Actually, you may check it.)
In another sequence, the woman in the video said they have yet to transmit and they still have the modem.
It was then that the people in the video were starting to repack the lone VCM found in the office of Hon. Raquel Honrado and transfer the machine to a neutral room.
